Leading To Change took on a tough task and made it look easy! Discussing race and class issues can be daunting, but our participants felt SAFE and engaged enough to answer some very difficult questions and move the conversation forward. Events like this don’t happen often in our community, so it was refreshing to introduce these ideas to our partners.

Another great job by Leading To Change!  This was the second time we hired Eric to conduct a workshop on social media strategies and employer engagement.  Attendees were exposed to an arsenal of digital tools that can be used to connect with young people and potentially lead to employment, internship and job shadowing opportunities. Eric’s knowledge on social media and employer engagement was very insightful, energetic and fun. He not only presented but allowed attendees to brain storm in groups on how social media can help them do their jobs better. We’re looking forward to bringing him back for another great workshop.
