Working with Leading to Change is like seeing an old friend. The staff greets the event host and participants with a genuine and passionate nature. The energy is unbelievable. Participants learn through fun,  innovative and creative ways. Presentations are given that are thought provoking, reality based and often emotional. The impact of Leading To Change is long lasting. I have seen barriers being broken, tensions released and knowledge embraced. I have seen adults, who work with difficult populations, smile and stand hand in hand with colleagues they have known for years and some they have known for only a day. Leading To Change believes in what they deliver and embraces the chance to make a real difference in many lives and the way we greet challenges. I would,  without a single reservation recommend,  using this talented group of folks at your event. They are amazing.

Bringing together youth from ages 8-21 from across the country, it was important to get them comfortable working together quickly.  Eric's fast-pacing and fun, yet purposely facilitated, team-building session at the 4th Annual Youth Philanthropy Connect conference was just what we needed to end Day One.  Eric did a tremendous job making everyone feel welcome, important, and ready to be involved and work with one another throughout the rest of the conference.  (Our theme was "Weaving a Web of Support" and Eric was able to make the session tie to the theme for an added feel of customization.)
