Eric delivered a lively and relevant session, entitled Playdough, BPM, & Mobile DJ = STEAM!, at our large regional symposium for teachers. Leading up to the session, Eric contacted me several times to ensure that he was developing the session in a way that directly aligned with the overall goals of the symposium. Those attending the symposium indicated that the session was both useful and engaging, with many plainly stating that it had given them a new and refreshing perspective on their classroom instruction.

Virtual engagement is challenging, and it's easy for a speaker to fall flat over the airwaves, but the Leading to Change team ensured that there was energy at each site. Our keynote, Eric, and the facilitators in Asheville and Greenville kept our audience excited and helped us navigate when there were technical challenges with the broadcast. Working with the LtC team was a breeze. The team was thoughtful, well organized, and willing to fill in where needed—even on a moments notice. We couldn't have asked for better service. The LtC team provided ample resources and performed with extreme flexibility—the kind that is necessary to keep a multi-site audience interested. I think the most important part of LtC's approach is modeling. The group demonstrated best practices for engaging youth through their research but most importantly through their own behavior during the meeting. They were energetic, dynamic, and interactive. LTC showed the audience how it's done--and I'm sure they won't forget.
