During our event, Eric Rowles explained the differences in work styles among three generation; Baby Boomers, Gen X, and the Millennials. Our audience was composed of school administrators and business representatives, so it was helpful to learn strategies for working together to better prepare our youth for college and careers. He helped us to understand the key role of social media in preparing our future workforce.

It was a great experience working with Eric. He was well prepared, brought everything he needed for the presentation, and on was time. He is funny and outgoing and took his time to walk around and greet everyone in the audience. Eric gets "4 Smiley Faces" for his quality of service from beginning to end; from working with us during the booking process to customizing his presentation for our audience. He was very accommodating.

Once again your presentation on the Generational Crossroads was uplifting, entertaining and enlightening. What a refreshing topic, and one that should be shared with all! You always present in a manner that is both humorous and entertaining, while still getting your message across to the entire audience (youths and adults). That’s a hard combination to achieve - especially at 8:30 in the morning, but you did it with style and grace. You would be a huge asset to ANY group who is looking for an amazing, one-of-a-kind speaker.
