I wanted our Career & Technical Education teachers to have a professional learning opportunity that they would never forget. That is exactly what we got with Leading to Change. Eric Rowles is a larger than life personality. I appreciate his energy, and the way he projects his personal story into why supporting students really matters. The quality of service we received from Leading to Change was exceptional. I felt like the goals that I wanted to achieve for my team were the same goals that their team wanted to achieve. The impact on our teacher teams could be seen from the first day. They are working together and see each other as team members. I am very grateful that the LTC team helped us cultivate that type of environment.

Energetic, educational, and practical session!  Thank you. Everyone in the country should hear Eric Rowles! He was AWESOME and is truly leading to change!  He was able to touch our spirit and truly inspire us.  He held our attention from start to finish and helped us better understand the generational gaps and crossroads, and had lots of fun doing it. He helped us better understand how to interact with students from various academic backgrounds and unique learning styles. Great Job!  We look forward to him returning to the district!
