Traci Poole, a native of Greensboro, North Carolina, is a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. As a North Carolina Teaching Fellow, she earned her degree in Business Education and has since dedicated herself to facilitating the learning process. With over 20 years of experience in training and facilitation, Traci thrives on those moments when individuals discover new knowledge or realize their own power to create change.
