Solomon T. McAuley is a native of Broadway, NC and attended Lee County public and majored in Social Work at Livingstone College in Salisbury. Solomon later became the first Middle School Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Sanford/Lee County where he developed summer college tours and weekly volunteer coordination preparing and serving meals to the homeless and others. Solomon delivered his first official youth workshop to the Harnett County JobLink in 2008 entitled “Overcoming Obstacles” and since then he has been humbled to serve as a speaker for over 20 youth serving agencies and organizations throughout the South East. In October 2014 Solomon joined the Centralina Council of Governments in Charlotte, NC and is currently the NEXGEN Specialist for Centralina Workforce Development Board. Mr. McAuley is a tireless advocate for youth and is committed to motivating today’s generations to be achievers and leaders in all facets of life.
