Mildred Poole is a silent hero. She volunteers with numerous organizations primarily in Guilford County, North Carolina in her lifelong pursuit to improve the lives of children. Her love for the next generation and continuous pursuit of knowledge imbue her with the skills and temperament to excel as a trainer and consultant. With over 30 years of board experience and training, Mildred shares her wisdom regarding creating a high performing board of directors with groups such as the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium, Action Greensboro, and the Guilford County Council of PTAs. When she is not working with Leading to Change or conducting board trainings, Mildred loves watching movies with family members and traveling.
